A leading Ready-Mix Concrete company in Saudi Arabia is hiring an experienced Chief Accountant & Cost Controller to oversee financial operations and cost control functions at its Riyadh (Murcia) location. 🛠 Key Responsibilities

Oversee full-cycle accounting operations and financial reporting
Manage ready-mix costing systems and production cost analysis
Monitor raw material costs, batching plant expenses, and operational margins
Ensure compliance with Saudi financial regulations and internal controls
Supervise month-end and year-end closing processes
Generate financial reports and management dashboards
Manage ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 / SAP / Oracle)
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cost variance analysis
Coordinate with operations and plant managers for cost optimization
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Total experience: Less than 10 years
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the Ready-Mix industry (mandatory)
Minimum 3 years of recent experience in Saudi Arabia
Strong expertise in Ready-Mix costing systems
Hands-on ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics 365 / SAP / Oracle)
Advanced Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, reporting)
Strong English communication skills
Strong leadership personality and emotional intelligence
Willingness to work in demanding conditions (6-day workweek)

Preferred Certifications (For Career Growth)

SOCPA Registration
CMA (Certified Management Accountant)
ACCA or CPA Certification
