NERO Tapware MENA is seeking a motivated Business Development & Projects Officer to expand the company’s network and attract new projects in Riyadh and Dammam. This role is field-based, providing direct exposure to enterprise clients, real estate developers, contractors, and consultants.
The ideal candidate will contribute to the brand’s market presence, support sales operations, and track project progress from initial engagement to contract completion. By leveraging communication and relationship-building skills, the role offers valuable experience in business development, project acquisition, and strategic market growth.
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in the sanitary ware, building materials, or construction sectors looking to strengthen their professional network and advance in enterprise sales and business development. 🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Visit projects and sites periodically to introduce the company’s products and services.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with real estate developers, contractors, and consultants.
- Identify new project opportunities and follow up on tenders.
- Conduct product presentations highlighting competitive advantages.
- Coordinate with sales and management teams to ensure project follow-up and contract completion.
- Represent the company in the field and strengthen market presence.
- Address customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Prepare periodic reports on client visits, opportunities, and market trends.
- Analyze market competition and suggest business development initiatives.
- Contribute to achieving growth targets and increasing market share.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous experience in projects, preferably in sanitary ware, building materials, or construction sectors.
- Established network in contracting or real estate development is an advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in the field and travel between cities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Time management, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-driven and target-oriented mindset.
💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated): SAR 8,000 – 12,000/month (Based on role, Saudi Arabia, and experience level)
