🛠 Key Responsibilities

Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear requirements communication.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.

Prepare comprehensive BRDs, Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria in an Agile environment.

Collaborate with Development and QA teams to ensure accurate solution delivery.

Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve any requirement-related issues.

Maintain regular stakeholder communication and contribute to governance activities.

Assist in process improvement initiatives and provide domain insights (real estate knowledge is a plus).
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Hands-on experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Confluence, Figma.

Basic SQL knowledge preferred.

Domain knowledge in real estate is a strong advantage.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

6–8 years of relevant professional experience in business or system analysis.
💼 Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated): SAR 160,000 – SAR 200,000 per year
(Based on role, Riyadh location, and 6–8 years of experience)
