General Responsibilities

Supervise building, infrastructure, and hospitality project execution.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and contractual requirements.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders.
Monitor construction progress, inspections, documentation, and reporting.
Support project planning, scheduling, and risk management activities.
Implement quality assurance and health & safety procedures.
Maintain accurate technical documentation and project records.
Ensure successful project delivery within established timelines.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Safety, Information Technology, or a related discipline relevant to the position.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Infrastructure and Hospitality projects.
Proven experience in Building Supervision and Site Execution.
Strong project delivery, coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with Aconex is mandatory for the Document Control Manager position.
Candidates currently based in Saudi Arabia are preferred.
Professional certifications such as PMP, Primavera P6, NEBOSH, IOSH, LEED, Aconex Certification, Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration, or discipline-specific certifications are considered advantageous.
