Job Overview
A leading organization in Dammam is seeking an experienced Building & Facilities Officer to oversee the management and operation of company facilities. This role is critical for ensuring that all physical infrastructure, maintenance operations, and building services are executed efficiently and safely.
The successful candidate will supervise daily operations, coordinate with maintenance teams and suppliers, and maintain a high standard of facility readiness. By ensuring compliance with safety and operational procedures, this role directly contributes to the smooth functioning and longevity of company assets.
This position offers professional growth opportunities in facilities management, including exposure to advanced maintenance planning, operational strategy, team coordination, and compliance with occupational safety standards. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage company facilities to ensure operational readiness

Oversee daily and preventive maintenance of buildings and equipment

Coordinate with maintenance companies and suppliers to ensure quality of services

Manage procurement and operational needs related to facilities

Monitor cleanliness, organization, and arrangement of company facilities

Prepare periodic reports on building conditions, facility performance, and operational requirements

Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health procedures within facilities

Take responsibility for efficient operation and maintenance of company assets
Requirements & Qualifications

Previous experience in facility or building management

Strong knowledge of maintenance, operational procedures, and building systems

High organizational, planning, and follow-up skills

Ability to coordinate effectively with teams and external suppliers

Responsible, proactive, and able to work efficiently under minimal supervision

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 8,000 – 12,000 per month depending on experience and facility management expertise
Compensation Type: Monthly salary.
