Job Overview

A leading Swimming Academy is seeking a highly capable and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of its Al Manar branch in Riyadh. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in team leadership, operations management, and customer engagement within the sports and wellness industry.

As Branch Manager, you will directly impact the performance, growth, and reputation of the branch. You will lead staff, implement operational strategies, ensure exceptional customer service, and collaborate with senior management to achieve organizational objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily branch operations to ensure efficiency and productivity

Salary, Benefits & Career Growth

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 10,000 – 16,000 per month depending on experience and managerial expertise.
