🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum 4+ years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination
Proven experience in LOD 400 & 500 model development
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and other BIM tools
Strong knowledge of MEP/Mechanical/Electrical systems (role-specific)
Effective collaboration and communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary team environment
Immediate availability for overseas candidates
