🛠 Key Responsibilities

Execute Scan to BIM and CAD to BIM workflows

Develop advanced architectural models using Revit Architecture

Process and coordinate Point Cloud data

Deliver LOD 300 & LOD 400 detailed BIM models

Perform clash detection and interdisciplinary coordination using Navisworks

Create 3D families, parametric components, layouts, and schedules

Prepare construction documentation aligned with BIM standards

Coordinate with engineering and construction teams

Ensure compliance with BIM protocols and quality standards
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications
Education

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
Experience

Minimum 5+ years of BIM Modeling experience (Architecture)

Proven experience in Metro Rail, Commercial Buildings, or Data Center projects
