• Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering or a related field.

• 8–10 years of professional experience in BIM architectural modeling and coordination.

• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit and BIM workflows.

• Knowledge of clash detection, model validation, and BIM coordination tools.
