Oversee daily workshop operations and workforce management
Ensure productivity, efficiency, and service quality targets are met
Monitor KPIs, revenue performance, and cost control
Lead technician training and professional development initiatives

🚗 Bodyshop Manager

Manage collision repair and refinishing operations
Ensure compliance with safety and manufacturer standards
Supervise repair timelines and customer satisfaction metrics

🚗 Service Advisor

Act as primary point of contact for customers
Prepare repair orders and cost estimates
Coordinate between technicians and clients

Valid and transferable Iqama
