We are seeking an experienced Area Maintenance Head to lead daily mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation maintenance activities at a major petrochemical facility in Saudi Arabia. This senior role is critical in ensuring plant uptime, equipment reliability, and compliance with safety standards.

• Monitor maintenance contracts and coordinate with contractors for timely execution

• Analyze equipment performance and implement reliability improvement initiatives

• Prepare maintenance reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards

• Mentor and train maintenance teams to enhance technical skills and safety awareness

• Coordinate with operations and engineering teams to support plant production targets

• Identify maintenance risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure continuous operation

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 10–20+ years in Oil & Gas maintenance (depending on qualifications)

• Technical Skills: Expertise in refinery equipment, corrective/preventive/predictive maintenance, contract supervision

• Soft Skills: Leadership, coordination, problem-solving, ability to work under high-pressure environments

• Professional Competencies: Safety compliance, team management, maintenance optimization
