We are seeking a talented Architectural Design Engineer to join our team for high-profile commercial development projects in Riyadh. This role provides a unique opportunity to work on retail, mall, and mixed-use developments while collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative and compliant designs.
The Architectural Design Engineer will be responsible for conceptualizing and preparing detailed architectural drawings, IFC packages, and specifications in line with Saudi Building Code and local authority requirements. By contributing to both design and coordination phases, the role directly impacts the overall quality, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of commercial projects.
This position offers career growth through exposure to large-scale projects, professional skill enhancement, and training opportunities in BIM and advanced design software. Certifications in BIM or related architectural disciplines will further support long-term career progression.
🛠 Key Responsibilities

Develop architectural concepts and design solutions for commercial projects.

Prepare detailed architectural drawings, IFC packages, and specifications.

Ensure compliance with Saudi Building Code and local authority regulations (Municipality, Civil Defense).

Coordinate design work with Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical disciplines.

Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and architectural specifications.

Review contractors’ shop drawings and material submittals.

Maintain quality standards across all architectural deliverables.
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

4–6 years of experience in commercial projects (retail, malls, mixed-use, supermarkets).

Strong knowledge of materials available in the Saudi market and local suppliers.

Proficiency in architectural design software: AutoCAD, Revit, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion, V-Ray.

Good knowledge of BIM standards and specifications (ISO 19200 preferred).

BIM-related certification is a plus.

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
