🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.

Experience

3–4 years of professional experience in architectural design and site supervision.
Previous experience in real estate development projects is highly preferred.

Technical Skills

Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methodologies.
Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and engineering standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant architectural design software.
Experience in preparing construction drawings and technical documentation.
Familiarity with project planning and construction supervision processes.

Certifications

Professional architectural certifications or memberships are considered an advantage.
Additional training in BIM, sustainable design, project management, or construction supervision is beneficial.
