🛠 Key Responsibilities

Lead project teams, ensure safety compliance, and oversee project execution

Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets

Ensure quality control and adherence to Aramco standards

Manage engineering designs, commissioning, and construction activities

Supervise technical teams, contractors, and subcontractors

Coordinate cross-functional interfaces and stakeholder communications

Drive process improvements, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency

Ensure cybersecurity and technical compliance for engineering systems (where applicable)
🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering, construction, or technical field (Master’s preferred for managerial roles)

Minimum 10 years of experience for managerial-level positions in pipeline or construction projects

Proven leadership in large-scale Aramco or equivalent EPC projects
-
Saudi Aramco Approved candidates preferred

Strong technical expertise aligned with applied role (Engineering, HSE, QA/QC, Project Controls, Cybersecurity, HR)

Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work in remote project locations
