🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices using accurate three-way matching between Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), and supplier invoices.
• Manage the complete accounts payable cycle while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepare accounts payable aging reports and monitor outstanding liabilities.
• Record accruals and support month-end closing activities for the accounts payable module.
• Review and process employee expense reports with supporting documentation.
• Process petty cash requests in accordance with company policies.
• Perform financial data entry using the company’s ERP system.
• Generate monthly AP aging reports and accounts payable liability reports.
• Support weekly and monthly cash flow forecasting for outgoing payments.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant processing of all accounts payable transactions.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• SOCPA membership or registration is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts payable processes.
• Experience using ERP systems for financial transactions and reporting.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and financial accuracy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Additional accounting certifications are considered an advantage.
