We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Finance Manager / Controller to lead our financial operations in Saudi Arabia. This senior-level position is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, while providing critical insights to support business decisions.
The role directly impacts the organization’s financial health and strategic planning by managing AP/AR, payroll, cash flow, and audits. It also offers the opportunity to lead and mentor the accounting team, ensuring professional growth within a collaborative environment.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

Manage general ledger, accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and payroll operations.

Ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, tax regulations, and coordinate audits.

Develop budgets, monitor variances, and prepare financial forecasts.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Experience: 10+ years in accounting and finance, preferably with management responsibilities.
