🛠 Key Responsibilities

Record and prepare daily accounting entries and financial transactions.
Review invoices, financial documents, and supporting records to ensure completeness and accuracy.
Monitor customer and supplier accounts and perform periodic account reconciliations.
Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and periodic financial reports.
Track expenses and revenues and ensure accurate financial recording.
Participate in month-end and financial closing activities.
Prepare accounting reconciliations and supporting financial schedules.
Ensure compliance with approved accounting policies and financial procedures.
Utilize accounting systems and software for financial transaction processing.
Collaborate with various departments to provide financial reports and required accounting information.
Support process improvement initiatives to enhance accounting efficiency and financial controls.
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or an equivalent qualification.

Experience

Minimum 1 year of professional experience in accounting or finance-related roles.
Experience in healthcare, medical services, or corporate accounting environments is advantageous.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
Ability to work with accounting software and financial management systems.
Understanding of accounting principles, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
Knowledge of account reconciliations and financial documentation processes.
Familiarity with financial controls and accounting procedures.

Certifications

Professional certifications such as SOCPA, CMA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are considered advantageous.
Additional accounting, finance, or ERP system training is beneficial.
