🛠 Key Responsibilities

Record journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger accounts

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Monitor and reconcile Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)

Prepare and verify invoices for accuracy and compliance

Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial planning

Conduct financial analysis and provide management insights

Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

Maintain financial records using ERP systems (Odoo preferred)

Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards

Support internal and external audits with required documentation

🎓 Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance

2–5 years of experience in general accounting

Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo highly preferred)

Strong Microsoft Excel skills (reporting, reconciliation, analysis)

High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities

Good communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS preferred)

SAR 7,000 – 11,000 per month
