About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and visionary HR Manager to lead and elevate the Human Resources function at our head office in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping company culture, driving talent development, and ensuring HR excellence across all levels of the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies, frameworks, and initiatives aligned with company goals.

Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions: recruitment, training & development, payroll, performance management, and employee relations.

Create, update, and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and internal procedures.

Lead talent acquisition efforts to attract, select, and retain top-tier talent.

Manage performance appraisal cycles and monitor KPIs to promote continuous improvement.

Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, and payroll regulations.

Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally.

Foster a positive work culture that promotes engagement, teamwork, and high performance.

Prepare periodic HR reports, analytics, and insights for top management.

Oversee succession planning and career development initiatives to support future leadership needs.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory capacity.

Strong knowledge of Saudi HR systems including Labor Law, Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, and payroll policies.

Proven leadership, decision-making, and strategic planning capabilities.

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
