A leading contracting company based in Jeddah announces a full-time vacancy for the role of HR Specialist / HR Assistant. We are seeking a motivated individual with foundational HR experience to support daily human resources operations and contribute to the development of HR systems within a professional work environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Participate in end-to-end recruitment activities including job postings, screening, interviewing coordination, and onboarding.

  • Monitor employee attendance, leaves, and prepare related reports.

  • Support payroll activities, salary processing, and employee benefits administration.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth HR operations.

  • Assist in developing, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.

  • Contribute to employee training, professional development, and engagement programs.


Requirements & Conditions

  • Diploma qualification required.

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Human Resources.

  • Ability to work full-time and exclusive of any other work commitments.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.

  • High level of organization, professionalism, and attention to detail.
