About the Opportunity
Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), one of the most prestigious and leading organizations in the Kingdom, is seeking a highly skilled Planning Engineer to support major energy and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will play a vital role in project planning, scheduling, delay analysis, and performance tracking to ensure timely and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Milestone Summary Schedules (MSS) for ongoing and upcoming projects.

Perform delay analysis, identify schedule risks, and recommend corrective actions.

Conduct data analytics to support accurate project forecasting and reporting.

Create, update, and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.

Monitor project progress and prepare comprehensive progress reports for management review.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and project management teams.

Provide insights and recommendations to optimize schedules, improve efficiency, and mitigate risks.

Support decision-making through thorough and timely schedule analysis.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

6–8 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and progress control.

Strong expertise in delay analysis and project data analytics.

Proficiency in Primavera P6 and related scheduling tools.

Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.

Ability to thrive under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
