About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Specialist to support our daily business operations in Jeddah. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing workflows, coordinating between teams, and ensuring that operational tasks run smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong analytical abilities, communication skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily operational activities across departments to ensure smooth workflows.
Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to facilitate business processes.
Analyze operational data and recommend improvements in efficiency and productivity.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation using advanced Excel tools.
Assist in planning, tracking, and monitoring ongoing projects and tasks.
Identify operational bottlenecks and develop solutions to streamline processes.
Maintain organized records and ensure timely execution of operational activities.
Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in operations, coordination, or a similar role.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
Strong Excel skills (advanced functions preferred).
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
